The Women’s Heart Center is dedicated to women’s heart health issues through education, prevention information risk identification and early diagnosis of heart disease. This program was developed to benefit the health needs specific to women.

The Women’s Heart Center offers one-hour initial visits and comprehensive Heart Risk Assessments to include:

• Lipid Profile (includes total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides)
• Glucose
• Cardiac Risk Profile
• 12-lead electrocardiogram
• Blood pressure and heart rate
• Body Mass Index (BMI)
• Ankle Brachial Index (ABI)
• 50-minute consultation with a cardiac RN on risk factor identification and modification based on American Heart Association guidelines
